The Bristlecone Foundation, part of the Centura Health at Home Foundation, raises funds to support Bristlecone Health Services, serving those in need in Summit County. Funds raised through the foundation help support home care and hospice services to patients with limited or no insurance. Bristlecone Foundation is a non-profit organization that relies heavily on the support of the Summit County community to provide for the patients of Bristlecone Health Services.
Donations can be made online to the Bristlecone Foundation, part of the Centura Health at Home Foundation. *When you donate, please select "Bristlecone Health Services" on the drop down menu under programs.
